Chapter Chapter 8 in Developing Knowledge Convergence Through Collective Phronesis, 2025, pp 329-374 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The evolution of ICT/AI has shortened the time and space of business processes and supply chains in various industries, enhancing management efficiency and accelerating decision-making. At the same time, it has created new business models that cross and integrate different industries. ICT/AI innovation promotes the “co-creation and co-evolution” of entire industries toward improving the global environment, forming a dynamic “global ecosystem” as a new value chain, and increasing the potential for sustainable innovation. This chapter addresses the significant global environmental issues that have become prominent in recent years and presents concepts and frameworks related to (1) co-creation models for decarbonized management—“fusion of mind, technique, and body,” and (2) co-creation management through fractal collaboration.
