Chapter Chapter 14 in Road to a More Intelligent World, 2025, pp 331-342 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Digital technology is driving widespread transformation. New network technologies represented by 5G are ushering in a new era of Internet of Everything (IoE), where improved device access and information transmission capabilities are fueling explosive growth in edge traffic and industry traffic. New analysis technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI) and big data, have kicked off a profound transformation of decision-making processes and are pushing the boundaries of what is possible well beyond human capabilities. New mutual trust technologies such as blockchain are enabling trusted service collaboration in untrusted environments, making data tamper-proof, and ensuring network-wide consistency for multi-party data maintenance and cross-verification. And this is just the start of what digital transformation promises to enable in the future.
