Abstract: Abstract The chapter discusses regulatory procedures concerning Big Tech firms entering finance, acknowledging their diverse nature and global reach. Regulatory frameworks focus on entity-specific or activity-specific regulations due to the challenges posed by these firms’ financial resources and expansive operations. Supervisory bodies encounter difficulties in assigning responsibilities in this rapidly evolving landscape.
