Abstract:
Abstract This study aims to explore the relationship between creative leadership and institutional performance in modern organizations. Creative leadership is considered one of the main factors that affect the improvement of the work environment and the stimulation of innovation, which contributes to improving institutional performance and increasing the competitiveness of organizations. The study addresses the impact of creative leadership styles on enhancing innovative thinking among employees, which leads to the development of new solutions to institutional challenges and increasing efficiency and productivity. The study also reviews the factors that contribute to enhancing creative leadership such as organizational culture, institutional support, and providing an environment that encourages calculated risk-taking. A field research approach was used to analyze the relationship between creative leadership variables and institutional performance in several organizations, where the results showed a strong positive relationship between creative leadership and achieving high performance at the level of institutional goals and organizational innovation.
