Abstract:
Abstract Organizational creativity is one of the main pillars for enhancing the competitiveness of organizations in the contemporary business environment. This concept represents the organization's ability to adopt innovative ideas and methods to improve operations and services, which contributes to achieving its goals efficiently and effectively. Organizational creativity plays a crucial role in building a positive reputation for the organization by improving product quality, enhancing customer satisfaction, and raising the level of employee loyalty. It also contributes to enhancing the organization's image as a dynamic environment capable of adapting to changes and stimulating innovation. Thus, organizational creativity becomes a strategic factor that contributes to enhancing the organization's reputation and consolidating its position in the market.
