Chapter Chapter 3 in Law and CSR in COVID and Post-COVID Times, 2025, pp 43-76 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter explores and discusses generally COVID and post-COVID impact on CSR and rise of renewed calls for stakeholder centrism. The chapter also discusses the impact of COVID and post-COVID impacts leading to realignments of legal frameworks on CSR worldwide. At the end parts of the chapter, it would start to build the focus on legal frameworks on CSR in Asia and Asia-Pacific regions and draw comparisons between different approaches. This discussion sets the stage for dedicated chapters for country-specific discussions.
