Chapter Chapter 14 in Human Resource Management in Japan, 2025, pp 295-314 from Springer
Abstract:
What you will learn in this chapter Diversity management is an endeavour that accepts diverse human resources and actively utilises the abilities of each person. What kind of innovation is required to accept diversity and to enable diverse individuals to cooperate and achieve results in an organisation? In this chapter, we will learn about the concept and challenges of diversity management from this perspective. We will also introduce the types of diversity management that Japanese companies have been implementing and for what types of people.
