Abstract: Abstract This chapter covers the meaning, nature, process of formulation, and types of human resource policies. It examines a variety of these policies, highlighting their advantages and the requirements for creating HR policies that work. Interactive components such as multiple-choice questions, case studies, fill in the blanks, and classroom activities improve student learning and give a real grasp of the purpose and creation of HR policies.
