Abstract This chapter introduces three cases related to e-commerce laws and regulations, which are described from three aspects: an overview of the case, a detailed explanation of the case, and the social impact of the case. The aim is to combine theory with practice to help readers better understand the complexity of e-commerce legislation and regulation.
