Abstract:
Abstract In this chapter examines Indonesia’s main objectives and interests in international rule setting on digital trade. It explores the way how Indonesia’s involvement in global and regional rule setting for digital trade and domestic efforts dealing with problems, such as the digital divide, infrastructure deficit, and digital skill lags, could mutually reinforce one another in achieving the national goals of (i) accelerating digital adoption and (ii) improving digital inclusiveness.
