Abstract:
Abstract This chapter defines and examines the concepts, traits, and implications of labour turnover and absenteeism. It discusses the contributing elements to these labour issues and offers solutions. Readers are encouraged to proactively handle these important HR challenges by means of interactive components such as case studies, multiple-choice questions, fill in the blanks, and classroom exercises.
