Abstract: Abstract Improving and strengthening national economic management must have clear objectives. Since the NES movement involves many aspects, there are many levels of objectives in national economic management, including economic objectives, master objectives, and ultimate objectives, thus constituting a system of objectives for national economic management. Among them, the goal of long-term stable functioning of the national economy is the basis of national economic management.
