Chapter Chapter 8 in Navigating ASEAN, 2025, pp 91-98 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In the realm of business, companies encounter a spectrum of challenges, ranging from straightforward, well-defined problems to complex, interconnected dilemmas. Tame problems, characterized by clear parameters and solutions, can be approached using established methodologies and predictable outcomes. In contrast, wicked problems defy simple solutions due to their multifaceted nature, ambiguity, and unpredictability.
