Abstract: Abstract There is a place called “Shipai Village” (石牌村), located near Jinan University in Guangzhou, it is one of the largest urban villages in Guangzhou and overall is a very prosperous place. A few years ago, a food television show visited a small shop located in the village, no doubt tempted by its reputation for having the best duck and rice.
