Abstract: Zusammenfassung Anadi Sankar Gupta wurde am 1. November 1932 im Dorf Goila im Bezirk Barishal im damaligen Ostbengalen [heutiges Bangladesch] geboren. Sein Vater war Pramode Charan Gupta und seine Mutter Usharani Gupta. Er besuchte die Domohani Kelejora High School in Asansol, Westbengalen.
