Abstract:
Abstract With more than ten years of development, the CHINA RAILWAY Express has its unique development course. In 2011, the earliest route, the Chongqing–Xinjiang–Europe Railway, was put into operation. In June 2016, the brand logo of the CR Express was officially launched, and it has since embarked on the development path of high quality, high efficiency and brand building. Subsequently, the CHINA RAILWAY Express Construction and Development Plan (2016–2020) made a comprehensive deployment. It put forward seven tasks under the principle of reasonable planning, smooth transport, overall coordination, regional connectivity, market operation, government guidance, openness and inclusiveness, joint construction and shared benefits.
