Abstract:
Abstract Is the institutional change under certain historical conditions progressive? Does it promote justice and civilization? This is an important controversial proposition. The answer to this question involves basic historical value orientation, basic class position and corresponding elementary interest requirements. The value theory of economics can provide the most systematic answer and the most profound explanation to this proposition. This is the reason why all kinds of debates about the profound changes in the system often end up returning to the basic problems and categories of value theory.
