Abstract:
Abstract China’s economic development and economic reforms have progressed to a new historical stage, which has presented us with a series of special development propositions and reform propositions. To deal with this particular proposition, what matters is that transforming the mode of economic growth. The transformation of the mode of economic growth lies first and foremost in technological innovation, while the fundamental of technological innovation lies in institutional innovation.
