Abstract: Abstract Under the historical background of China’s current (“Current” refers to 2003—2006) economic development and system reform, macroeconomic imbalances have emerged a series of new features, and corresponding macroeconomic policies have also emerged a series of new features. The limitations of demand management are increasingly apparent, and the requirements for supply management are becoming more apparent.
