Abstract:
Abstract Mayekawa Manufacturing Co., Ltd., founded in 1924, specializes in industrial refrigeration machines, plant engineering, and comprehensive thermal engineering. The Doppo system, introduced in 1980, aimed to enhance market integration and involved small groups handling all aspects of a project, fostering autonomy and responsibility. Mayekawa’s Business Plan, known as Kigyouka keikaku, is a co-creation process within the company. It involves Environmental Recognition, Image of Corporatization, Direction of Corporatization, and Execution Plan and Key Issues, shaping the company’s strategy based on market insights. One of Mayekawa’s successful developments is the Toridas automatic deboning machine for chicken thighs, which took 14 years to create. This product symbolizes Mayekawa’s commitment to co-creating innovative solutions with its customers.
