Chapter Chapter 14 in Phenomenology in a Co-creative Workplace, 2024, pp 151-165 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This section will discuss the case of sakura shrimp fishing in Suruga Bay. Sakura shrimp fishing has been ongoing for 120 years. Since the 1970s, approximately 120 boats have been engaging in fleet-based fishing while following the industry’s unique pool system. While each boat has a competitive mindset, in the end they engage in co-creative fishing at their fishing grounds.
