Abstract: Abstract With the continuous development of port economy, the problems of disorderly expansion and vicious competition among ports in the region due to similar port resources and overlapping hinterlands are becoming increasingly prominent. These problems not only result in low operating efficiency of ports, but also hinder the rapid development of regional economy.
