Abstract: Abstract This part explored what HROs mean in the context of research and development by creating and analyzing a model suited for hazardous R &D activities. It focused on incorporating information indicative of project risks during the R &D process, interpreting this information optimally, and considering organizational responses, including project termination, to mitigate risks.
