Chapter Chapter 21 in Statistics with Posterior Probability and a PHC Curve, 2024, pp 361-378 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In Volume I, we studied experimental design models for independent single-factor and two-factor experiments. In Chap. 6 , we revisited the design of independent single-factor experiments. There, we attempted analyses not limited to normal distributions, and introduced the distinction between fixed effects and random effects. In this chapter, we return to focusing on normal distributions and introduce the handling of four types of experimental factors. These are “matched single-factor”, “nested single-factor”, “matched two-factor,” and “mixed two-factor”.
