Abstract: Abstract ThisFeller semigroup chapter is devoted to the proof of Theorem 1.5 . Namely, we prove that the closed realization $$\mathfrak {A}_{D}$$ A D is the infinitesimal generator of a Feller semigroup on $$C_{0}(\overline{\Omega })$$ C 0 ( Ω ¯ ) associated with absorption phenomenon at the boundary.
