Abstract: Abstract ThisFeller semigroup chapterOblique derivative boundary condition is devoted to the proof of Theorem 1.3 . Namely, we prove that the closed realization $$\mathfrak {A}_{N}$$ A N is the infinitesimal generator of a Feller semigroup on $$C(\overline{\Omega })$$ C ( Ω ¯ ) associated with absorption, reflection and drift phenomena at the boundary (see Fig. 1.7 ).
