Abstract: Abstract One significant advancement that has revolutionized modern healthcare is the adoption of digital medical records. The evolution from paper to digital has revolutionized healthcare documentation, improving accessibility, efficiency, and patient care. Digital records have enabled healthcare professionals to make faster and more informed decisions, ultimately enhancing the overall quality of care. By streamlining healthcare processes and eliminating errors, digital records contribute to safer and more accurate healthcare. One of the significant advantages of digital medical records is the empowerment of patients.
