Abstract: Abstract In February 2023, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the “Overall Plan for Building Digital China”. The plan emphasizes that building Digital China is a crucial engine for advancing China’s modernization process and a strong support for constructing new national competitive advantages. Accelerating the construction of Digital China holds significant and far-reaching implications for comprehensively realizing socialist modernization and promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
