The plan emphasizes that building Digital China is a crucial engine for advancing China’s modernization process and a strong support for constructing new national competitive advantages. Accelerating the construction of Digital China holds significant and far-reaching implications for comprehensively realizing socialist modernization and promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
