Abstract: Abstract With the advent of digitalization, human civilization has embarked on a new era. Thanks to digital information technology, individuals from diverse regions can now be intricately interconnected across vast distances and time, with their impacts on one another inseparable. The Internet, a notable product of digital technology, has transformed our world into a true “global village”, facilitating real-time interactions, irrespective of one's location on the planet. This realization not only reflects the long-held aspirations of our human ancestors but also embodies the ongoing evolution of human information technology.
