Chapter Chapter 3 in Supply Chain Agility and Innovation, 2024, pp 87-125 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The previous chapter provided an overview of the current understanding and knowledge in SCA, firm innovativeness and firm performance through a well-informed and a systematic review of the literature. Gaps and controversies in the literature were identified. In this chapter, theories underpinning this research are first addressed to show how relationships between the research variables are established. The conceptual framework for this study is then presented describing the scope and context of this research.
