Abstract: Abstract The Digital Economy Partnership Agreement (DEPA), a digital economy cooperation agreement signed by Singapore, New Zealand, and Chile in 2020, is the world's first dedicated multilateral digital trade agreement. DEPA aims to promote the development of the digital economy, strengthen cooperation and exchanges among its members in the digital economy, and promote the formulation and improvement of the rules of governance for the digital economy.
