Abstract: Abstract The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) adopted a two-step strategic plan for the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation. By 2035, China will achieve basic socialist modernization; by the mid-twenty-first century, China will become a modern socialist country that is prosperous, strong, democratic, culturally advanced, harmonious, and beautiful. To realize the Two Centenary Goals and national rejuvenation, China will continue to unleash and develop the productive forces.
