Chapter Chapter 8 in Statistical Significance and the PHC Curve, 2024, pp 141-148 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The issues raised in Part I have been largely resolved in Part II. However, these solutions presume the absence of malice on the part of analysts and contributors. In other words, until now, this discussion has revolved around the difficulties faced by conscientious analysts and their solutions. Yet, the reproducibility of research is significantly hindered by malicious intentions. This chapter, being the final one, delves into the relationship between malicious actions and statistical conclusions.
