We draw upon a synthesis of scholarly literature and empirical evidence; this research elucidates the multifaceted influence of entrepreneurs and technology on the emergence and growth of start-up logistics firms. Entrepreneurs play a pivotal role as catalysts for innovation, driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, and IoT to enhance operational efficiency, optimize supply chain management, and deliver superior customer experiences. Moreover, entrepreneurial initiatives foster a culture of agility and adaptability, enabling start-ups to respond to market dynamics and capitalize on emerging opportunities swiftly.
