Chapter Chapter 3 in Enhancing Organizational Effectiveness Through Knowledge Management and Transformational Leadership, 2024, pp 47-62 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter details the research methodology, defining the primary variables and presenting the research model and hypotheses. Organizational effectiveness is the dependent variable, while organizational culture, strategy, technology and human resource development (HRD) are independent variables. Knowledge management functions as a mediating variable and transformational leadership serves as a moderating variable. The chapter explains the development of hypotheses based on research questions and literature review. It describes the definitions of factors, data collection procedures, experimental tests and data analysis methods, including regression and hierarchical regression analyses, to evaluate the impact of these variables on organizational effectiveness.
