Abstract The case was developed by Professor WANG Chongfeng, CAO Jiangxin of Qingdao University, CHAO Yixuan of PricewaterhouseCoopers Business Consulting (Shanghai) Co. Ltd, Qingdao Branch, GONG Jie, SUN Jing and MENG Xingchen of Qingdao University, ZHAO Yang of Jiaozhou Association for Science and Technology, LI Mingzhe of Jiaozhou Municipal Bureau of Administrative Services, with the helpful collaboration and support of Qingdao Qiangda Foods Co., Ltd. The case was developed to provide the basis of classroom discussion rather than to illustrate effective or ineffective handling of a management situation.
