Abstract In the early morning of February 4, 2021, Kingsley James, Chairman of Fairfields, received an email of complaint from Mariah Lee, an architect, leveled at her team director, Eason Choi. Mariah claimed that she had been unfairly treated during her performance evaluation and bonus entitlement without a reasonable explanation from Eason.
