Abstract: Abstract The development of information technology applications has brought great benefits in many fields, from production, and business to education. In the time of Covid-19, it has been applied to healthcare and public health. Not only in the world has the strong development of remote healthcare applications, but in Vietnam, in the 2 years since the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, there has also been a rapid development of medical and monitoring services for remote healthcare. Connecting with doctors and medical staff remotely is also considered a solution to limit the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic and make users more secure. The combination of medical knowledge with technology applications has brought a lot of benefits to people as well as reduced the load on medical and healthcare centers. Mobile medical services are a necessary and convenient solution in remote healthcare applications. It will be a growing trend in the near future. The research is divided into 3 main parts, including a theoretical basis, research results, and suggested implications.
