Abstract:
Abstract The development of offshore wind power in Vietnam has enormous potential; it is one of the ways to build green energy projects and help Vietnam fulfill its commitments under the UNFCCC and COP26. However, a large number of legal questions pertaining to the growth of renewable energy projects in general and offshore wind power, in particular, remain unresolved today. The paper provides some experiences for Vietnam through a study of the North Sea energy cooperation model (NSEC).
