Abstract:
Abstract The School of Business Administration, Kobe University, was established in 1949 as the first School of Business Administration in Japan, following the traditional lineage of Kobe Higher Commercial School. The School of Business Administration, as a research and educational center of business administration in Japan, has been working to nurture human resources. This has led industries with a strong awareness of industry-academia collaboration based on the founding philosophy of “harmony between academic theory and practice.”
