Abstract:
Abstract The healthy development of micro and small enterprises (MSEs) is an important driving force for the sustainable development of a country, and they play an important role in increasing employment opportunities, invigorating the market, and promoting scientific and technological innovation. With its status rising in China’s economic composition, micro and small finance (MSF) has become the most dynamic part of China’s financial system. There are abundant researches on MSF at home and abroad, which offer different interpretations about its positioning, the difficulties it meets, and its developmental measures, etc.
