Abstract: Abstract On June 6, 1988, The Ginza Financial Service Agency of Huangyan, Luqiao was co-founded by Chen Xiaojun and his business associates (the predecessor of Taizhou Commercial Bank). It is the first private financial institution in China since the reform and opening up.
