Abstract: Abstract Air cargo is one of the essential areas in the aviation sector. It supports the airlines, travel, tourism activities and business entity. The movement of the goods via air is critical especially for fast movement, expensive items, goods with expiry date and goods with high tendency to get stolen. This chapter highlights the involvement of women in air freight or cargo industry. The involvement of women in air cargo sector is rarely discussed in the previous literature. Therefore, this chapter aims to highlight the gender balance issue in air cargo industry and strategy to develop women talent in cargo industry.
