Chapter Chapter 1 in Managing Foreign Workers, 2023, pp 1-8 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The goals of a company operating in the market are to achieve particular objectives specific to its business profile. These goals can take the form of striving to maximize profits, offering innovative products or services, increasing market share, acquiring new customers, strengthening competitive advantage, or improving the image. However, regardless of the type of objectives set, their realization depends on, among other things, the company’s resources.
