Chapter 4 in China’s Approach to Energy Security, 2023, pp 95-144 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter aims to set out how an SMMA has been drawn upon in China’s general energy policies with oil and natural gas in particular. From an evolutional perspective, the Chinese government’s policy inclination is moving from supply-side measures to a more comprehensive way of trying to balance between the supply-side and demand-led measures.
