Chapter Chapter 4 in A Phenomenology of Career Change in the Malaysian Workforce, 2023, pp 69-76 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract All three narratives, Rejectors, Navigators and Seekers, illustrated above were found to undergo a common career change process commencing with Disillusionment of Initial Career Choice, followed by Career Choice Crisis and Fight or Flight from Initial Career, leading to Stepping Out of the Loop and finally stabilising in the Career Change Narrative Construction stage. Each stage of the career change process is described before depicting the contrasts between each narrative’s experience of change.
