Abstract:
Abstract This chapter showcases two important elements, i.e., microfinance and employability. Here the collected data have been analyzed critically to express the possibilities of employment generation. This chapter also knocks the impact of time on employability, if any. The consecutive effect of employability on beneficiaries as well as on their household is the prime focus of this chapter.
