Abstract: Abstract The existing B-B SIEI programs are mainly cross-border economic cooperation between neighboring or adjacent border areas of two or more countries. In this chapter, the tripartite model is expanded to a quadruple one comprising two regions of two countries to reveal the patterns of interregional factor movements in B-B SIEI.
