Abstract:
Abstract This work explores the influence of the knowledge creation process (SECI) on employee creativity in Vietnamese commercial banks. This study surveyed 412 employees working in 17 Vietnamese commercial banks. The results revealed that socialization, combination, and internalization modes affected employee creativity. Moreover, internalization had the most substantial influence on employee creativity. Unexpectedly, externalization did not impact employee creativity. These findings provide several practical implications for Vietnamese commercial banks.
