Chapter Chapter 4 in Emotional Intelligence Matters, 2024, pp 143-176 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract It is essential to have emotional self-management, not only for employees, but also for entrepreneurs. The trait emotional self -management moderates the relationship between the size of the firm and the amount of benefits enjoyed by the employees. The study conducted by Elmadag 2017 extends the research about job stress in service provision by validating the influence of alleviating job stress and associated service quality.
